Offline Module Operation, Supports manual control

        A significant advantage of the ARCS Full-2way system is that it does not require a CPU host device. In the event of a disconnection, the Full-2way system allows on-site remote switches and T/U  relay controller to automatically switch to offline operation mode. This design not only enhances system reliability but also improves overall redundancy, ensuring continuous operation during critical moments.


★  Features of ARCS Full-2way Control System 

    1.No CPU Host Equipment Required:

       The ARCS system operates independently of CPU control host equipment, significantly reducing the impact of host equipment failures on system operation. This results in a more stable and reliable system, avoiding overall system downtime caused by host malfunctions.

    2.Circuit Power Outage State Storage:

       The system is able to save the state of the circuit during a power outage. This ensures that the system can be restored to its pre-outage state without any impact upon power resumption.

    3.Authorization Unlock/Lock Function:

       All circuit switch group scenario points are equipped with authorization Unlock/Lock function, effectively preventing accidental opening or closing control due to human operation. 

    4.Multi-Loop Signal Repeater Architecture:

       For larger systems, a multi-loop signal repeater architecture can be employed. In this configuration, a single-loop signal failure will not affect communication across the entire system, further enhancing system stability and reliability.

★  ARCS Offline Control Options

        The Sinew ARCS system offers three control options, enabling control operations even when the MRS  control panel is offline. The options are as follows: 

    1.On-site Remote Control Switch:

        The on-site remote control switch allows for direct control of the T/U controller's circuit breaker or authorized locking control. This method not only enhances control flexibility but also ensures that on-site operators can effectively manage and control equipment in the event of a main system malfunction, maintaining system operation. 

    2.T/U controller Manual Button:

        The T/U controller can be directly controlled by the remote switch, and is equipped with a circuit status indicator light, allowing operators to grasp the opening and closing status of the circuit switch in real-time. At the same time, the manual control buttons for each circuit of the module facilitate real-time adjustment of the status switching of each circuit, providing a more intuitive and fast control method, adaptable to various emergencies.

    3.Relay Manual Switch Control:

        Latching Relay device. It operates quietly and consumes no energy during normal operation. It is equipped with a manual switch, which allows users to directly switch the relay's on and off states as needed. This feature helps prevent relay failures and enhances the overall system reliability.
